Green Acre Marketing was delighted to recently welcome Clodagh Bolger on board as a Digital Marketing Intern.

A Third Year Marketing and Digital Media degree student at South East Technological University (SETU), the Ballyduff Upper native has immediately warmed to her new brief with Green Acre.

“Grasping new concepts swiftly has been a key element of my degree so far and has allowed me to embrace new experiences and make the most of them, and that’s proven the case since my first morning at Green Acre Marketing,” said Clodagh.

With a keen interest in agriculture, and having gained welcome experience at Leahy’s Open Farm at Midleton in County Cork, Clodagh is  developing a deeper knowledge of both agribusiness and digital marketing with Green Acre Marketing.

“This internship is providing me with an opportunity to enhance my day-to-day knowledge of digital marketing, agribusiness and the wider agricultural industry,” she said.

“Succeeding both academically at SETU and through my internship at Green Acre Marketing is very important to me and I’m delighted to be collaborating with my new colleagues as well as Green Acre’s extensive client base.”

Commenting on Clodagh’s arrival, Green Acre Marketing Managing Director Aileen Barron said: “We were delighted to welcome Clodagh to the Green Acre team for her internship and I’m confident that her time with us shall provide her with a rewarding learning experience.

“We are very proud to have formed such a strong and productive relationship with SETU. The proximity of our office to SETU’s main Waterford campus provides us with welcome access to students in both the agriculture and marketing disciplines.

Green Acre Marketing is committed to enhancing our level of expertise while also providing an environment in which students like Clodagh can complement their studies while developing their marketing skills in real time.”
